I am passionate about working with people who are struggling with what life has thrown at them, exploring what might be preventing them reaching their full potential, and at how they can make changes.

I am approachable and empathic, and offer a safe space where we can explore what is going on for you, and your options for change, in complete confidence. I have a very broad range of counselling experience, having worked extensively with people with all kinds of issues, from relationship and workplace problems to past traumatic experience.  As well as my private practice, I worked for many years with both adults and young people for a local charity, and have also worked with sixth-formers in school.

My course included two years of personal therapy – I know what it’s like to sit in the client’s chair!
